New to my lists are the fabulous names I've found. Though I often use Sherrilyn Kenyon's wonderful Character Naming Sourcebook, these are additional names from all over.
Feel free to take any name on the list and playing with it to create a unique name appropriate for a being not of this realm. For instance, from the T's, Thotsaphon, can be split up, Thot can be a name, "Saphon" another. Mix them up! "Saphon" can become "Phason," or "Sahpon" or "Naphos."
The list is long. Another hint for creating character for a story is to list the alphabet. As you use a name beginning with a particular letter, mark it off the list, so you don't populate your story with Sam and Sally and Sarah and Simon, you get the idea. Unless, of course, you're doing it on purpose, say, creating twin characters who would likely have names that sound the same or start with the same letter, or a new civilization where all names have to start with the same letter as the current king, or ...
